ANTHONY <br />2 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />3 APRIL 15, 2025 <br />4 7:00 p.m. <br />5 <br />I.6 CALL TO ORDER. <br />7 <br />8 Chair Socha called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />9 <br />II.10 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />11 <br />12 Chair Socha invited the Commission and the audience to join her in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />13 <br />III.14 ROLL CALL. <br />15 <br />16 Commissioners Present:Chair Socha, Commissioners Anderson, Corneille, Erickson, Mayne, <br />17 and Morita. <br />18 <br />19 Absent:Commissioner Hark. <br />20 <br />21 Also Present: City Planner Stephen Grittman and Assistant City Manager Ashley <br />22 Morello. <br />23 <br />IV.24 APPROVAL OF AGENDA. <br />25 <br />26 Motion by Commissioner Morita, seconded by Commissioner Erickson, to approve the April <br />27 15, 2025, Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes as presented. <br />28 <br />29 Motion carried 6-0. <br />30 <br />V.31 APPROVAL OF MINUTES. <br />32 <br />33 Motion by Commissioner Morita, seconded by Commissioner Erickson, to approve the March <br />34 18, 2025, Work Session and Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes as presented. <br />35 <br />36 Motion carried 6-0. <br />37 <br />VI.38 PUBLIC HEARING. <br />39 <br />A.40 Land Use Application – Impervious Variance – 0 Foss Road <br />41 <br />42 Chair Socha opened the public hearing at 7:03 p.m. <br />43 <br />44 City Planner Steve Grittman reviewed the Planning Commission is requested to consider requests for <br />45 Conditional Use Permit for a 34-unit Assisted Living Facility in an R-4 District, Variances to <br />46 required side yard setback, Variance for parking requirements, and Variance to impervious surface <br />47 coverage for revised parking (New).
