The total estimated cost is <br />$95,000, with $80,000 expected to be offset by grant funding. <br />Public Works <br />Alarm Panel Replacement <br />The alarm panels at the Public Works building have become obsolete and need to be replaced in 2026. <br />The estimated cost is $20,000. <br />HVAC System Upgrades <br />The replacement of four Rooftop Units (RTUs), originally scheduled for 2025, has been postponed to <br />2026.
