CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 25-068 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2025-04 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony has enacted the above referenced <br />ordinance concerning the recodification of the City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and <br />summary in the case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or chart; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the <br />public of the intent of Ordinance 2025-04; and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following summary of Ordinance 2025-04 <br />shall be published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />ORDINANCE 2025-04 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 91 OF THE SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />CITY CODE REGULATING THE KEEPING AND LICENSING OF DANGEROUS <br />DOGS <br />The City Council of the City of Saint Anthony adopted Ordinance 2025-04 on October 14, 2025 <br />amending Section 154.179 of the Saint Anthony City Code related to Keeping and Licensing of <br />Dangerous Dogs. <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, Saint Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver <br />Lake Road, Saint Anthony, MN 55418. <br />Approved this 14th day of October, 2025. <br />Z�dyW�,bte,, <br />�_ Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />- \A K� - " Vx'tX1A <br />Nicole DeDeyn, City Jerk <br />
