1 <br />CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />ORDINANCE 2025-07 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MULTIPLE SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 33 RELATING <br />TO SEWER CHARGE RATES, WATER RATES, AND STORM WATER FACILITIES <br />CHARGES <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE HEREBY <br />ORDAINS: <br />Section 1.Section §33.018 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />All sewer charges will be billed at the current rate of $5.12 $5.25 per 1,000 <br />gallons, quarterly collection system charge $23.25 $24.75 per residential <br />equivalency unit. <br />Section 2.Section §33.036 is hereby amended to add the following: <br />Water usage billing will be computed quarterly based on metered water used <br />according to the tiered rates system below, quarterly distribution system charge <br />$27.00 $30.00 per residential equivalency unit. <br /> (1) Residential. <br />Consumption (Gallons)Rate (Per 1,000 Gallons) <br />Tier I 0—7,500 $3.44 $3.56 <br />Tier II 7,500—15,000 $3.62 $3.75 <br />Tier III 15,000—22,500 $3.99 $4.13 <br />Tier IV 22,500—30,000 $4.57 $4.73 <br />Tier V Over 30,000 $5.73 $5.93 <br />(2) Multi-family. The multi-family quarterly water usage billing is based on the <br />total consumption divided by the number of units to determine the consumption <br />per unit.
