CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 25-075 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF THE COMMUNITY CENTER AND <br />COUNCIL CHAMBERS FOR A SPECIAL EVENT NOVEMBER 29, 2025 <br />WHEREAS, Amanda Haluptzok, Saint Anthony Area Chamber of Commerce, has submitted a <br />Special Event Permit to use city property to host a Small Business Saturday event <br />on November 29, 2025; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council Chambers are to be reserved from November 28, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. to <br />November 29, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.; and <br />WHEREAS, event attendance is estimated to exceed 100; and <br />WHEREAS, amplified sound will be played; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the request and finds it to be acceptable. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota approves the request from Saint Anthony Area Chamber of Commerce to <br />reserve the Community Center and Council Chambers from 5:00 p.m. November 28, 2025 to <br />4:00 p.m. November 29, 2025 to hold a Small Business Saturday event. <br />Approved this 10th day of November, 2025. <br />ATTEST: <br />Nicole DeDeyn, Ci Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Wen y Webster, Mayor <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
