WHEREAS, the City Council held the required Truth in Taxation meeting on Tuesday, <br />December 09, 2025, 7:00 P.M. in its Council Chambers, to discuss the 2026 <br />budget and property tax levy with the residents of Saint Anthony Village; and <br />WHEREAS, the information required for the City Council to determine a final 2026 property <br />tax levy has been collected. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota approves the following: <br />1)The final 2026 Property Tax Levy is: <br />General Operating Levy $ 7,158,845 <br />Capital Improvement Project Levy $ 308,200 <br /> Debt Service Levy $ 1,840,953 <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority Levy $ 209,414 <br /> Building Improvement Levy $ 130,500 <br /> Infrastructure Levy $ 721,228 <br /> Park Improvement Levy $ 40,000 <br /> $10,409,140 <br />2)The final 2026 General Fund Operating Budget totals $9,715,196 <br />Approved this 9th day of December, 2025. <br />_________________________________________ <br /> Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />ATTEST:___________________________ <br /> Nicole DeDeyn, City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: _______________________________________ <br /> Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />101
