MEMORANDUM <br />To:Saint Anthony Village City Council <br />From:Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />Date:December 9, 2025 <br />Request: Approving the 2026 Appointments to the Parks and Environmental Commission <br />and Appointing the Chair and Vice Chair of the Parks and Environmental <br />Commission <br />BACKGROUND <br />In front of you this evening is a resolution approving the 2026 appointments and appointing the Chair <br />and Vice Chair to the Parks and Environmental Commission. <br />The Parks and Environmental Commission application information was advertised in the Fall 2025 Village <br />Notes and on the City’s website. There were two (2) vacancies, and two (2) applications were received. <br />Both were interviewed by the Mayor and Council on November 17, 2025. <br />The Mayor and City Council agreed by consensus to appoint Joanne Cady and Jill Carey for a three-year <br />appointment along with appointing Natalie Warren Synhavsky as Chair and Kristen Peterson as Vice <br />Chair for 2026. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Resolution 25-079 <br />16
