MEMORANDUM <br />To:Saint Anthony Village City Council <br />From:Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />Date:December 9, 2025 <br />Request: Approving the 2026 Fee Schedule <br />BACKGROUND <br />In front of you this evening is a resolution to approve the proposed 2026 Fee Schedule. Staff has <br />reviewed the entire fee schedule and recommends the changes noted in the proposed schedule. <br />Changes include minor restructuring and reorganization to enhance user experience as well as: <br />Addition of Fire fees <br />Addition of Chicken Permit fees <br />Updates to License fees <br />Addition of Sidewalk and Weed control fees <br />Amendments to right-of-way fees <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve the 2026 fee schedule. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Fee Schedule <br />Resolution 25-082 <br />22
