REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />City Manager Yunker had no report. <br />Councilmember Randle had no report. <br />Councilmember Doolan stated on November 12, she attended the Minnesota Cities Climate <br />Coalition Meeting. On November 17, she attended the Ramsey County 20'h Anniversary of <br />Active Living. On November 18, she attended the MWMO Board Meeting. She attended the <br />ribbon -cutting for Nothing But Bundt Cakes. <br />Councilmember Jenson stated on November 13 that he attended the Ramsey County Local <br />League of Governments Climate Action Working Committee Meeting. On November 19, he <br />attended the Northeast Youth and Family Services Finance Committee Meeting. <br />Councilmember Elnagdy had no report. <br />Mayor Webster stated on November 14, she attended an event at Cub Foods, where they were <br />recognized as a 2025 Outstanding Disability Employer from Partnership Resources. On <br />November 17, she attended a meeting with Ramsey County Mayors along with City Manager <br />Yunker. On November 17, she also attended the Work Session, where candidates were <br />interviewed for the Commissions. On November 24, she met with Councilmember Jenson to <br />consolidate comments on City Manager Yunker's evaluation. <br />XI. COMMUNITY FORUM - NONE. <br />No one appeared to address the City Council during Community Forum. <br />XII. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />A. Future Agenda Items. <br />The next Regular Council Meeting will be held on December 9, 2025. <br />Councilmember Doolan announced that Saturday, November 29, is Small Business Saturday in <br />City Hall from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. <br />XIII.
