CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 25-086 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO ENTER AN AGREEMENT WITH AXON FOR A <br />TEN-YEAR CONTRACT FOR VIDEO RECORDING SYSTEM SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department's current video recording system is approaching the end of <br />useful life and will no longer be supported by Metro-INET; and <br />WHEREAS, the City met with the Cities of Lauderdale and Falcon Heights and evaluated <br />Axon as a suitable replacement; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff and Axon have agreed to enter a 10-year contract at $105,000 annually <br />with costs to be shared proportionally under the shared services agreement; and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota approves to enter an agreement with Axon for a ten-year contract for video <br />recording system services. <br />Approved this 9th day of December, 2025. <br />ATTEST: I VU <br />al"A) 1^ <br />Nicole DeDeyn, Cit Jerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />/- ,-a ./�1!� <br />t, ' <br />Wendy Web7ter, Mayor <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
