CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 25-084 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSE FUND GRANT <br />AND SUBGRANT AGREEMENT FOR THE TIBYAN COMMUNITY CENTER <br />WHEREAS, on October 22, 2024, the City Council approved an amendment to the Kenzie <br />Terrace PUD Overlay District; and <br />WHEREAS, one of the conditions of the PUD amendment is to fulfill requirements determined <br />by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) Response Action Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant applied for and was awarded funds from the Environmental <br />Response Fund in partnership with the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's role in accepting this grant is as a pass -through; and <br />WHEREAS, accepting the grant and subgrant agreement allows the applicant to fulfill the <br />requirements of the PUD amendment. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota approves the acceptance of the Environmental Response Fund Grant and <br />Subgrant Agreement. <br />Approved this 9th day of December, 2025. <br />Wendy Webs er, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Nicole DeDeyn, Cit}, Jerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
