CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 26-011 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ELECTED OFFICIALS OUT OF STATE TRAVEL <br />POLICY FOR THE 2026 CALENDAR YEAR <br />WHEREAS, in accordance to Minnesota State Statute Chapter 471, Section 661, requires that <br />cities, counties and school districts develop a policy that regulates travel by <br />elected officials outside of the state; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council will review this policy annually; and <br />WHEREAS,any changes to the policy must be approved by a recorded vote; and <br />WHEREAS, elected officials of the City of Saint Anthony Village will follow the limitations <br />outlined in the policy. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota approves the Elected Official Out-of-State Travel Policy for the 2026 <br />calendar year. <br />Approved this 13th day of January, 2026. <br />_________________________________________ <br /> Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />ATTEST:___________________________ <br />Nicole DeDeyn, City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: _________________________________________ <br /> Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />32
