MEMORANDUM <br />To:Saint Anthony Village City Council <br />From:Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />Date:January 13, 2026 <br />Request: Amending the 2026 Fee Schedule <br />BACKGROUND <br />In front of you this evening is a resolution to approve the amended 2026 Fee Schedule. Since Council’s <br />approval in December 2025, the amended fee schedule reflects electrical updates for residential and <br />commercial. These fees are set by the City’s Electrical Inspector. Staff has reviewed the fee schedule and <br />recommends the changes noted in the proposed schedule. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve the amended 2026 fee schedule. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Fee Schedule <br />Resolution 26-014 <br />41
