CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 26-015 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2026 AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE AND NORTHEAST YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES <br />(NYFS) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village agrees to partner with Northeast Youth and <br />Family Services (NYFS) to provide services for at-risk youth and families within <br />Saint Anthony Village; and <br />WHEREAS, the programs that will be provided to the residents of Saint Anthony Village <br />include Mental Health Services, Youth Development Programs and Community <br />advocate Program as a resource for law enforcement to utilize when encountering <br />mental health, family instability medical care and other needs. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota approves the agreement with Northeast Youth and Family Services and an <br />administrative fee of $22,530.79 and Community Advocate fee of $15,530.76 for 2026. <br />Approved this 13th day of January, 2026. <br />_________________________________________ <br /> Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />ATTEST:___________________________ <br /> Nicole DeDeyn, City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: _________________________________________ <br /> Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />89
