CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 26-003 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING US BANK, N.A. OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE AS <br />THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY FOR CITY FUNDS FOR THE 2026 CALENDAR YEAR <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony Village, Minnesota hereby <br />designates that US Bank, N.A. of St. Anthony as a depository for the funds of the City and that <br />said bank shall also be the bank for this City with respect to any/all other banking services <br />required or used by this City. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said bank deposit such securities in the amount and in the <br />manner required by law. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director be authorized to accept such <br />securities as collateral as required by law, and that said collateral be held at the US Bank of Saint <br />Anthony Village for safekeeping. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the City Clerk shall transmit to the US Bank, N.A. of Saint <br />Anthony Village a copy of this resolution. <br />Approved this 13th day of January, 2026. <br />ATTEST: <br />Nicole DeDeyn, ty Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
