CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 25-087 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2025-07 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony has enacted the above referenced <br />ordinance concerning 2026 utility rates; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and <br />summary in the case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or chart; and <br />WHEREAS,the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the <br />public of the intent of Ordinance 2025-07. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following summary of Ordinance 2025-07 <br />shall be published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />ORDINANCE 2025-07 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MULTIPLE SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 33 RELATING <br />TO SEWER CHARGE RATES, WATER RATES, AND STORM WATER FACILITIES <br />CHARGES <br />The City Council of the City of Saint Anthony adopted Ordinance 2025-07 on December 9, 2025 <br />amending multiple sections of Chapter 33 of the Saint Anthony City Code to reflect updated <br />2026 utility rates. <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, Saint Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver <br />Lake Road, Saint Anthony, MN 55418. <br />Approved this 9th day of December, 2025. <br />_________________________________________ <br /> Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />ATTEST:___________________________ <br /> Nicole DeDeyn, City Clerk <br />191
