Specifically, explore <br />potential to make a southbound lane <br />of Silver Lake Road Northeast Right- <br />Turn Only at 37th Avenue Northeast, <br />and have one lane carry through the <br />intersection southbound. <br />Opportunity to improve <br />walking/biking access between <br />neighborhoods and schools on <br />alternate sides of Silver Lake <br />Road. Opportunity to address <br />safety concerns for all road <br />users from merging lanes <br />between 37th Avenue Northeast <br />and 36th Avenue Northeast. <br />Invite Hennepin <br />County <br />Commissioner to <br />join a walk audit at <br />this site, align with <br />bike bus crossing or <br />school activity. <br />Coordinate with <br />Hennepin County <br />staff around this <br />location as a vital <br />SRTS connection and <br />better understand <br />crosswalk guidance <br />considerations. <br />Coordinate with <br />Ramsey County on <br />upstream traffic <br />configuration study. <br />2026-2028 (YEARS 0-2) <br />2029-2030 (YEARS 3-4) <br />Project Actions – High Priority <br />The following are priority project actions that will support the implementation of active transportation.
