Most programs involve applying through one <br />of these agencies: <br />•Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) <br />•Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) <br />•Minnesota Department of Natural Resources <br />(MNDNR) <br />•Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota <br />Resources (LCCMR) <br />•Metropolitan Council <br />Grants are sometimes also available through <br />organizations that support economic development and <br />tourism, public health, and conservation and the natural <br />environment.
