He stated that the City must be proactive and not reactive. <br />3 <br />4 Casey stated that if Councilmember Randle does not believe what is happening, she finds that <br />5 appalling and shameful. She commented that she and her partner have been protesting at <br />6 Whipple and have been pepper-sprayed. She stated that she is happy to see that the City is <br />7 beginning to try to help people, acknowledging the allocation of funds for abandoned vehicles, <br />8 and liked the acknowledgement of flexibility going forward. She thanked the Council and staff <br />9 for their quick efforts to put that policy into place. She supported the comments of the previous <br />10 speakers. <br />11 <br />12 XI.REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />13 <br />14 City Manager Yunker had no report. <br />15 <br />16 Councilmember Elnagdy stated that she and Councilmember Doolan participated in a Connect <br />17 With the Council event the previous day, speaking with residents and answering questions. <br />18 <br />19 Councilmember Jenson stated he attended a Zoom meeting hosted by the Majority of the Middle, <br />20 the Ramsey County League of Local Governments townhall, listening sessions, the special <br />21 worksession, and a community food parking and delivery exercise. <br />22 <br />23 Councilmember Doolan stated she attended the Ramsey County League of Local Government <br />24 meeting, the listening sessions, and the Connect with the Council event. <br />25 <br />26 Mayor Webster stated she attended the NineNorth Board meeting, Winter Carnival Mayors <br />27 Reception, the special worksession, and the listening session earlier tonight. <br />28 <br />29 XII.INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />30 <br />31 A.Future Agenda Items. <br />32 <br />33 No comments. <br />34 <br />35 XIII.
