Our emphasis is <br />on arresting offenders, preventing crime, solving problems, and increasing the overall <br />quality of life for those we serve. We demand <br />the best from ourselves and others while minimizing the loss of life, loss of property, and <br />environmental damage from the adverse effects of fires, medical emergencies, and hazardous <br />conditions.
