VISION TRIANGLE Amendments <br />§ 94.06 REGISTRATION, BONDING, AND RIGHT-OF-WAY OCCUPANCY. <br />(D) A minimum sight triangle must be established on each corner lot at every street/alley <br />intersection through which motorists have reasonable unobstructed view. Requirements <br />for such sight triangle shall be found in Chapter 154, the ZONING CODE. <br />§ 154.184 BOULEVARDS REQUIRED VISIBILITY ON CORNER LOTS AND <br />INTERSECTIONS . <br /> No new structure, fencing, grade elevation, or planting, in excess of 18 inches above <br />the curb line, is permitted within the boulevard on corner lots in residential districts. <br />(a) Notwithstanding any other allowance of this CODE, a minimum sight triangle <br />must be established on each corner lot at every street/alley intersection through which <br />motorists have reasonable unobstructed view. <br />(b) The minimum sight triangle is defined as a triangle located at the corner of the <br />curb line of intersecting streets/alleys. The adjacent sides are located along the curb line <br />(or edge of pavement line of streets/alleys without curb and gutter) of the intersecting <br />streets and must be 30 feet in length. The third side is a straight line joining the end <br />points of the adjacent sides as illustrated in Figure 154.184. <br />Figure 154.184
