HOUSING & REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />The Housing and Redevelopment Authority is comprised of the Mayor and four City Council members <br />serving as the Board. The H.R.A. oversees all commercial and residential redevelopment activities in the <br />community. <br />FORFEITURE <br />The Forfeiture Fund covers the costs associated with drug and alcohol forfeitures of personal property. <br />This account is funded by the sale of DWI and drug related vehicle forfeitures. State law governs and <br />restricts the use of these funds to DWI/Drug related enforcement activities. <br />POLICE SERVICES FUND <br />The purpose of The Police Services Fund is to account for the costs to operate and maintain Police <br />services for the City of St. Anthony and partner cities. The shared services are funded by a general fund <br />transfer for St. Anthony’s portion, charges to partner entities for their cost share, grants and <br />intergovernmental aid. <br />COMMUNITY CENTER <br />The Community Center Fund purpose is to account for the costs to operate and maintain the Community <br />Center building at 3301 Silver Lake Road. <br />SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS <br />44
