2026 <br />3 <br />Problem Statement <br />The surrounding businesses are large food <br />chains and cannot accommodate due to Red <br />Tape, so they may have less returning <br />customers. <br />Solution Statement <br />Our solution is to put in a small bakery. This would <br />benefit the area because many of the surrounding <br />businesses have something called Red Tape, and can’t <br />easily satisfy customer needs. With research, we have <br />learned that Red Tape are unnecessary rules that cause <br />slow changes for companies. Large businesses also <br />tend to attract something called high volume traffic, a <br />smaller business can show more intimate customer <br />service that largers can't, and will control the high <br />volume traffic. <br />5 <br />6 <br />28
