CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 26-024 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ACCEPT CONTRACT FOR <br />STRUCTURAL RENOVATIONS AT MARKETPLACE LIQUOR STORE <br />WHEREAS, as part of the Saint Anthony Village Marketplace remodeling project which will <br />aim to renovate the existing liquor store and add a cannabis retail, the store <br />requires structural renovations to support the modified operations; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has sought quotes from three vendors and received quotes from two vendors; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, D.J. Kranz is the responsible low bidder; and <br />WHEREAS, staff is recommending contracting with D.J. Kranz with the bid amount of <br />$87,834.46. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota authorizes staff to accept the contract with D.J.
