CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 26-026 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FUNDING FOR PHASE 1 OF POLICE <br />DEPARTMENT RENOVATIONS <br />WHEREAS, as part of the St. Anthony Police Department renovation project, a repurposing of <br />space is required to accommodate additional staff; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has received quotes from three vendors for the project; and <br />WHEREAS, Greiner Construction was the lowest responsible bidder; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends contracting with Greiner Construction for the following <br />amounts: <br />SQUAD ROOM & OFFICES: $149,898 <br />FRONT OFFICE AREA: $26,574 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota authorizes staff to contract with Greiner Construction for Phase 1 of the <br />Police Department Renovation Project for the amounts detailed above. <br />Approved this 24th day of March 2026. <br />Wendy bster, Mayor <br />ATTEST: 0 k k <br />Nicole DeDeyn, City lerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
