CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 26-030 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING PROPOSAL FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING <br />SERVICES FOR THE WATER TREATMENT FACILITIES 20-YEAR CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS PLAN (CIP) STUDY <br />WHEREAS, WSB has provided a proposal to provide a Water Treatment Facilities 20-Year <br />Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Study; and <br />WHEREAS, the study will review and study the iron and manganese water treatment facilities, <br />the granular activated carbon (GAC) water treatment facilities, and the advanced <br />oxidation process (AOP) water treatment facilities; and <br />WHEREAS, the Water Treatment Facilities 20-Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Study <br />will provide recommended schedule and proposed costs for replacement and/or <br />improvements to the major process components of the water treatment facilities <br />needed over the next 20-years; and <br />WHEREAS, the scope of work presented in the proposal provided by WSB for professional <br />engineering services is estimated as a not to exceed fee of $24,500. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota approves <br />The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />with WSB for professional engineering services in the amount of $24,500 in the name of <br />the City of St. Anthony Village, Minnesota to provide a Water Treatment Facilities 20- <br />Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Study. <br />Approved this 14th day of April, 2026. <br />Wendy ester, Mayor <br />ATTEST: t, UAae <br />Nicole DeDeyn, City erk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
