CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 26-034 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT FOR <br />SPRING LAKE PARK DIST. 16 YOUTH HOCKEY AT VILLAGE PUB <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village allows gambling licenses to <br />be issued within the city; and <br />WHEREAS, Spring Lake Park Dist. 16 Youth Hockey has applied for a lawful gambling <br />premises permit to conduct gambling activities at Village Pub; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statues, the Minnesota Gambling Control Board requires <br />approval by the local unit of government for such premises permits; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the request and finds it to be consistent with applicable <br />local regulations. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota approves the lawful gambling premises permit application submitted by <br />Spring Lake Park Dist. 16 for the premises of Village Pub. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to provide a copy of this <br />resolution to the Minnesota Gambling Control Board as required. <br />Approved this 28th day of April, 2026. <br />1 � <br />ATTEST: <br />Nicole DeDeyn, City C e k <br />Review for Administration: <br />Wendy �bste=,May!®r�� <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
