WSB will complete a 3D Matterport Scan of the existing water treatment facilities to identify, <br />catalog and review critical components of the water treatment plant. A Matterport scan <br />creates a photorealistic, measurable 3D “digital twin” of a physical space (facility, structure, <br />room, or plant). <br /> <br />5. WSB will develop cost estimates for sandblasting and painting the pressure filters and <br />replacing the underdrain system and filter media. <br /> <br />6. Provide a report that summarizes the data presented above including a Capital <br />Improvement Plan (CIP) for the major process components water treatment facilities <br />improvements needed for the next 20 years. <br /> <br />7. Attend one (1) CIP Study Report review meeting with City staff to review items evaluated <br />and anticipated costs. <br /> <br />SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION <br /> <br />Project Schedule <br /> <br />The WSB Team will begin the Water Treatment Facilities 20-Year Capital Improvement Plan Study <br />immediately after receiving authorization from the City. The proposed schedule includes the <br />following completion dates: <br /> <br />Task Timeframe <br />City Authorizes Proposal April 2026 <br />3D Matterport Scan May 2026 <br />Submit 90% Complete Report to City for Review September 2026 <br />Complete Study Report and Submit to City October 2026 <br /> <br />Compensation <br />The scope of work presented in this proposal will be invoiced on an hourly basis based on the <br />actual hours worked for personnel assigned to the project for a not-to-exceed fee of $24,500. The <br />services covered in this proposal include a collaborative and comprehensive team effort by experts <br />in process and operations, as well as iron/manganese removal media and GAC media. Additional <br />services, if requested and approved by the City, will be invoiced on the basis of actual hours spent <br />at our current billing rates. All services will be invoiced monthly. <br /> <br />If you are in agreement with this proposal, please provide an authorized signature on the line below <br />and return a copy to WSB.
