No portion of the public right of way (including the “boulevard” or other <br />such areas) shall be counted for either numerator or denominator in this regard. <br />Section 7.Section §130.51 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />§ 130.51 SCAVENGERS. <br /> (A) It is unlawful for any person, except a law enforcement officer acting in the course of <br />official business, to scavenge or otherwise collect refuse, recyclable materials, or yard waste at <br />the curb or from refuse containers, or from recyclable materials containers, or from private <br />property, without a license therefore from the city and an account relationship with written <br />permission from the owner or occupant of the premises. <br /> (B) Responsibility for and ownership of any such refuse, waste, or recyclable materials shall <br />remain with the individual resident until collected by a licensed hauler or recyclable materials, at <br />which time the ownership and responsibility shall pass to the hauler. <br />Section 8.Section §152.05 is hereby amended to read as follows (Definitions “Rodent”): <br />§ 152.05 DEFINITIONS. [Rental Dwellings] <br />RODENT. Shall include: Chipmunks, Groundhogs/Woodchucks, Lemmings, Mice, Moles, <br />Pocket Gophers, Rats, Shrews, Squirrels and Voles, and any other non-domesticated animals as <br />may be defined by the NUISANCE section (Section 92.03) of the City Code. <br />Section 9.Section §151.04 is hereby amended to read as follows (Definitions “Rodent”): <br />§ 151.04 DEFINITIONS. [Housing Maintenance] <br />RODENT. Shall include: Chipmunks, Groundhogs/Woodchucks, Lemmings, Mice, Moles, <br />Pocket Gophers, Rats, Shrews, Squirrels and Voles, and any other non-domesticated animals as <br />may be defined by the NUISANCE section (Section 92.03) of the City Code. <br />Section 10.Section §114.001 - §114.007 [Amusement Devices] are hereby deleted in its <br />entirety. <br />Section 11.Section §157.29 is hereby amended to read as follows <br />§157.29 ENFORCEMENT REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL. All signs, greater than six (6) square <br />feet per side and which are within a Commercial (C), Light Industrial (LI), Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD), Townhomes (R3) or Multiple Dwellings (R4) zoning district shall be <br />subject to the requirements of this subsection:
