CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 26-037 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR <br />ORDINANCE 2026-01 <br />WHEREAS,. the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony has enacted the above referenced <br />ordinance related to vision triangle, administrative penalties, mobile food units, <br />impervious surfaces, scavengers, definitions of rodents, amusement devices, and <br />sign enforcement; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and <br />summary in the case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or chart; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the <br />public of the intent of Ordinance 2026-01. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota approves the following summary of Ordinance 2026-01 to be published in <br />the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />ORDINANCE 2026-01 <br />AMENDING SECTIONS OF THE CITY CODE RELATED TO VISION TRIANGLE, <br />ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES, MOBILE FOOD UNITS, IMPERVIOUS SURFACES, <br />SCAVENGERS, DEFINITIONS OF RODENTS, AMUSEMENT DEVICES, AND SIGN <br />ENFORCEMENT <br />The City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village adopted Ordinance 2026-01 on May 12, <br />2026 amending sections of the City Code related to vision triangle, administrative penalties, <br />mobile food units, impervious surfaces, scavengers, definitions of rodents, amusement devices, <br />and sign enforcement. <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, Saint Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver <br />Lake Road, Saint Anthony, MN 55418. <br />Approved this 12th day of May, 2026. <br />
