3 <br /> <br /> (D) Compliance and Monitoring. <br />(1) Building owners and/or managers shall subscribe to a third party rating <br />and monitoring system providing Certification through LEED or MN B3 <br />Guidelines. Compliance and Monitoring shall include an evaluation by <br />such third party of each of the requirements of this Section at the time of <br />permit approval, and again at the one year anniversary date of receipt of a <br />Certificate of Occupancy, evaluations to be provided to the City for <br />review. <br /> <br />Section 2.
