PUBLIC HEARINGS – NONE. 33 <br /> 34 <br /> 35 <br />VI. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. 36 <br /> 37 <br />A. HRA Resolution 25-06 – Approving Fifth Amendment to Contract for Private 38 <br />Redevelopment Between the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Saint Anthony, 39 <br />Minnesota, The City of Saint Anthony Village, Doran SLV, LLC, Doran St. Anthony, 40 <br />LLC, and Doran SLV II, LLC. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Executive Director Yunker reviewed the initial Contract for Private Redevelopment and 43 <br />contemplated the construction of each phase of The Ruby project to be done in two phases. 44 <br />Phase I is complete, and Phase II has encountered challenges to commence construction, 45 <br />resulting in multiple extensions requested by the developer and subsequently approved by the 46 <br />City Council to date. 47 <br /> 48
