CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 26-039 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR INSTALLATION OF BUTTERFLY <br />VALVES AT THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT <br />WHEREAS,the City of Saint Anthony Village desires to make upgrades to the Water <br />Treatment Plant including operational valves, electrical and SCADA network; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village awarded a contract to purchase 39 Flomatic <br />butterfly valves with electrical actuators for the Water Treatment Plant to Rep <br />Rite Burk & Associates, Inc.; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes to install the 39 Flomatic butterfly valves with <br />electrical actuators for the Water Treatment Plant, quotes were received, opened <br />and tabulated according to law, and the following quotes were received <br />complying with the request; and <br /> Contractor Total Quote <br />1 Mn Mechanical Solutions Inc.$42,850.00 <br />2 Magney Construction Inc.did not submit <br />3 Rice Lake Construction Group did not submit <br />4 Shank Constructors Inc.did not submit <br />WHEREAS, Mn Mechanical Solutions Inc. of Waite Park, Minnesota is the lowest responsible <br />quote. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint <br />Anthony Village, Minnesota, hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Manager to enter <br />into a contract with Mn Mechanical Solutions Inc. in the amount of $42,850.00 for the <br />installation of 39 Flomatic butterfly valves with electrical actuators at the Water Treatment Plant <br />using equipment previously purchased by the City. <br />Approved this 26th day of May, 2026. <br />_________________________________________ <br /> Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />29
