EXHIBIT A – COST SUMMARY <br />This Exhibit is incorporated into the Joint Powers Agreement for the 2026 Minnesota State Fair. <br />The total not-to-exceed amount includes costs reasonably and directly attributable to State Fair- <br />related impacts, including but not limited to: <br />• Sworn personnel (including overtime and benefits) <br />• Cadet/Community Service Officer staffing <br />• Squad vehicle operations and fuel <br />• Traffic and parking enforcement operations <br />• Investigative follow-up and case management <br />• Administrative and clerical support (reports, citations, court processing) <br />Final costs will be based on actual services provided, not to exceed the total amount identified in <br />Section 6 of this Agreement. <br />37
