CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 26-041 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A BID AND AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE <br />2026 CITY-WIDE WATER METER REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan <br />for the above -referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated <br />according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the <br />advertisement; and <br />Contractor Total Bid <br />Core & Main LP $1,259,708.00 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Core & Main LP of Eden Prairie, Minnesota is the lowest <br />responsible bidder. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint <br />Anthony Village, Minnesota, hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Manager to enter <br />into a contract with Core & Main LP in the amount of $1,259,708.00 for the improvement <br />outlined in the above -referenced project, according to the plans and specifications approved by <br />the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />Approved this 26th day of May, 2026. <br />Weng Webster, Mayor <br />ATTEST: A <br />Nicole DeDeyn, Cit Jerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
