ANTHONY <br />2 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />3 DECEMBER 16, 2025 <br />4 7:00 p.m. <br />5 <br />I.6 CALL TO ORDER. <br />7 <br />8 Chair Socha called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />9 <br />II.10 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />11 <br />12 Chair Socha invited the Commission and the audience to join her in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />13 <br />III.14 ROLL CALL. <br />15 <br />16 Commissioners Present:Chair Socha, Commissioners Anderson, Corneille, Hark, and Mayne. <br />17 <br />18 Absent:Commissioners Erickson and Morita. <br />19 <br />20 Also Present: Assistant City Manager Ashley Morello. <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 Chair Socha announced that Commissioners Erickson and Morita’s terms are ending on the <br />24 Planning Commission. She thanked them for their service. <br />25 <br />IV.26 APPROVAL OF AGENDA. <br />27 <br />28 No motion made. <br />29 <br />V.30 APPROVAL OF MINUTES. <br />31 <br />32 Motion by Commissioner Hark, seconded by Commissioner Anderson, to approve the <br />33 September 16, 2025, Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes as presented. <br />34 <br />35 Motion carried 5-0. <br />36 <br />VI.37 PUBLIC HEARING - NONE. <br />38 <br />VII.39 GENERAL BUSINESS. <br />40 <br />A.41 2026 Planning Commission Work Plan. <br />42 <br />43 Ms. Morello reviewed that St. Anthony Village engages in an annual Goal Setting retreat each <br />44 January. The Goal Setting retreat is an opportunity for the City Council, Staff, and key <br />45 representatives to develop the City’s annual Strategic Plan, and update the City’s Goals <br />46 Pyramid. This effort utilizes Work Plans to finalize its Strategic Plan and annual goals. Ms. <br />47 Morello provided a draft of the Planning Commission 2026 Work Plan, highlighting the <br />48 expected activities for the Commission. <br />49
