Will your proposed program include a low-income cost assistance option? <br />Yes, low-income cost assistance will be a component of the proposed program to ensure assistance <br />is targeted toward low-income families. <br /> <br />7. Will your proposed program include approved grant activities on municipal properties <br />(for example, device replacements or turfgrass conversion)? <br />Yes, water fixture device replacements for municipal properties across all major departments will be <br />included as proposed grant activities. <br />
