CALL TO ORDER. 5 <br /> 6 <br />Mayor Webster called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 7 <br /> 8 <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Mayor Webster invited the Council and audience to join her in the Pledge of Allegiance. 11 <br /> 12 <br />III. ROLL CALL. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Present: Mayor Webster, Councilmembers Lona Doolan, Nadia Elnagdy, and Jan Jenson. 15 <br /> 16 <br />Absent: Councilmember Thomas Randle. 17 <br /> 18 <br />Also Present: City Manager Charlie Yunker, Assistant City Manager Ashley Morello, City Planner 19 <br />Steve Grittman, Retail Operations Manager David Anglum, Assistant Retail 20 <br />Operations Manager Jacqara Jackson, and Assistant City Engineer Katie Koscielak. 21 <br /> 22 <br />Others Present: Ramsey County Commissioner Mary Jo McGuire. 23 <br /> 24 <br /> CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE 25 <br />FOLLOWING ITEMS. 26 <br /> 27 <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MAY 26, 2026 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Motion by Councilmember Doolan, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the City 30 <br />Council Meeting Agenda of May 26, 2026, as presented. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Motion carried 4-0. 33 <br /> 34 <br />V. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS 35 <br /> 36 <br />A. Commissioner McGuire Presentation 37 <br /> 38 <br />Mayor Webster noted that St. Anthony is situated in both Hennepin and Ramsey County. She 39 <br />welcomed Ramsey County Commissioner McGuire to provide updates on Ramsey County. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Ramsey County Commissioner McGuire informed the Council and Staff that she attempts to 42 <br />deliver this presentation annually to share information about what Ramsey County is doing and 43 <br />to solicit input on what the City would like to see from Ramsey County. Ramsey County 44 <br />Commissioner McGuire expressed her passion for representing St. Anthony and thanked the 45 <br />Council for hosting Ramsey County’s organics recycling. She provided a presentation on 46 <br />Ramsey County Updates. This presentation included information on her own roots in the 47 <br />community, the diversity of the Ramsey County board, Ramsey County values, focusing on 48 <br />delivering County-Responsible Services, the Ramsey County Environmental Center, Ramsey 49
