May 26th, 2026 St. Anthony Council Work Session - 6 <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor Webster asked if similar code language already exists surrounding aesthetics. City Planner <br />Grittman stated that it does not apply to stairs, but accessory structures must be the same color <br />and style as the primary structure. Assistant City Manager Morello noted that there are also <br />restrictions on fence styles. <br /> <br />Mayor Webster proposed retaining the language as it reflects current City code, and discussing all <br />of these aesthetic codes separately at a later date. <br /> <br />Councilmember Doolan asked whether separate metering must be provided for utility boxes <br />serving ADUs and the principal dwelling. City Planner Grittman stated that applicants can decide <br />independently if they would like to meter the tenant’s utility usage. <br /> <br />Mayor Webster thanked the Staff present for their thoughtfulness and the detailed outline <br />containing useful Staff information. <br /> <br />3.
