CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 26-049 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXEMPT GAMBLING PERMIT FOR THE <br />INTERNATIONAL UNION OF OPERATING ENGINEERS, LOCAL 49, AT 2829 <br />ANTHONY LANE SOUTH <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village allows exempt gambling <br />permits to be issued within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 49, has applied for an <br />exempt gambling permit to conduct lawful gambling at 2829 Anthony Lane South <br />on March 17, 2027; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, the Minnesota Gambling Control Board requires <br />approval by the local unit of government for exempt gambling permits; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the request and finds it to be consistent with applicable <br />local regulations. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint <br />Anthony Village, Minnesota, approves the exempt gambling permit application submitted by the <br />International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 49, to conduct lawful gambling at 2829 <br />Anthony Lane South on March 17, 2027. <br />Approved this 14th day of July, 2026. <br />Wendy W bster, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />D' <br />Nicole DeDeyn, City rk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
