Your understanding of the City's unique opportunities and challenges as a small, fully developed <br />first-ring suburb. <br />2. How you would manage this project from kickoff through adoption, including establishing and <br />maintaining the schedule, coordinating with City staff and the Steering Committee, managing <br />deliverables and decision points, and identify and address potential challenges? <br />3. How you would design engagement that reaches residents who may not typically participate in <br />City engagement? <br />4. How you would develop a meaningful, community-led vision for 2050? <br />5. How you would integrate the City's existing Strategic Plan, Climate Action Plan, Energy Action <br />Plan, Active Transportation Plan and other recent planning efforts? <br />6. How you would balance community priorities with Metropolitan Council requirements and <br />other technical planning requirements? <br />7.
