Fire <br />officials shall have the authority to review and approve any proposed <br />access plan prior to occupancy of the ADU. <br />(g)Addressing. A separate address for the ADU shall be clearly depicted <br />on the dwelling, visible from the street, complying with the <br />requirements of Section §97.10, ADDRESS NUMBERS REQUIRED <br />ON BUILDINGS. <br />(h)Trash Removal. An ADU shall utilize trash and recyclable bins and <br />storage of the principal dwelling, and shall not utilize separate <br />receptables. <br />(i)Mailboxes. Mailbox locations for the ADU shall be mounted adjacent <br />to the existing principal dwelling mailbox (if mail is delivered to the <br />door), or attached to an existing post (if mail is delivered to a curbside <br />mailbox). <br />(j)Utility Boxes.
