COMMUNITY FORUM . <br />Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />are not on the regular agenda. Hearing none, Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS . <br />Mayor Faust reviewed the 2012 Adopt-A-Family program and commended the Community <br />Services staff for their efforts, noting 38 family members had been served. <br />X.
