(Presentation on Villagefest by Julianne <br />Hunter, Chair of Villagefest). <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson , to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of July 23, 2013, as amended. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />A. Proclamation for Night to Unite on August 6. 2013. <br />Councilmember Stille recited the Proclamation for Night to Unite on August 6, 2013. <br />CONSENT AGENDA. <br />A. Consider July 9, 2013, Council meeting minutes; <br />8. Consider licenses and permits; <br />C. Consider payment of claims; <br />D. Resolution 13-054; a Resolution Accepting a Donation to the St. Anthony Village Fire <br />Department from Nancy Olson and Ema Mae Leonard in the amount of$2,000; and <br />E. Resolution 13-055; a Resolution Accepting a Contribution to the City from the League of <br />Minnesota Cities for the City of Excellence Award in the amount of $1 ,000.
