He noted Silver Lake <br />Village is somewhat strict on the types of businesses they let into the Village. <br />VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />are not on the regular agenda. <br />Hearing none, Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />Mayor Faust noted St. Anthony was listed in the bill of Local Government Aid. The City is <br />scheduled to receive some monies in July 2014 ($470,000+) and will make a plan on how to use <br />these funds. <br />Councilmember Jenson stated it is beneficial that the City has 14 months to decide how these <br />funds will be used. <br />Mayor Faust stated no new staff is needed. Councilmember Stille agreed. <br />City Manager Casey stated these monies will make St. Anthony more financially stable. Staff <br />will make recommendations to better balance the City's financials. <br />X.
