REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />3 City Manager Casey reported that the City street improvement work is wrapping up and thanked <br />4 the residents for their patience during the road construction. <br />5 <br />6 Councilmember Gray reported that he attended the September 30th Council Worksession and <br />7 also attended the North Suburban Communication meeting on October 3rd <br />8 <br />9 Councilmember Jenson reported that he also attended September 30th Council Worksession. <br />10 <br />11 Councilmember Roth reported that he also attended the Council Worksession on September 30th <br />• <br />12 <br />13 Mayor Faust acknowledged that the full Council attended the Worksession meeting that took <br />14 place on September 30th He noted that he also attended the League of Minnesota Cities Annual <br />15 Planning Conference meeting on October 4th and thanked staff for their participation. <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 <br />33 <br />34 <br />35 <br />36 <br />VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />are not on the regular agenda. Hearing none, Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS -NONE. <br />Mayor Faust welcomed all residents to attend the Fire Department Open House this Saturday <br />from 1:00 to 4:00 p .m. <br />X.
