He said they will need a variance from the Minneapolis Planning Commission but <br />the approved budget includes $5.5 million. Mayor Faust concluded that he will be attending the <br />Sustainability event on Thursday, November 15 and the annual meeting of the Historical Society <br />on Saturday November 16. <br />Councilmember Roth referred to the Sister City annual meeting to be held on Sunday, November <br />17 ,20 13 , at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. <br />VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />are not on the regular agenda. <br />Hearing none, Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />None. <br />X.
