Councilmember Gray seconded the <br />friendly amendment. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />E. Resolution 13-077; Approval of Fees Set by Resolution. Mark Casey, City Manager, <br />presenting. <br />City Manager Casey advised that the remaining fees under the City 's normal fee schedule are <br />adopted by resolution on an annual basis after being reviewed by City staff and compared with <br />other communities. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to approve Resolution <br />13-077 ; a Re s olution Approving the 2014 Fee Schedule. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />City Manager Casey announced the City will be holding a retirement celebration for Fire Chief <br />Malenick on Thursday, December Ith, from 3:00-6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. <br />Mayor Faust requested that information about the retirement celebration be posted on the website <br />so residents can attend and thank Fire Chief Malenick for all his years of service. <br />Council member Stille reported on his attendance at the Sustainability Festival on November 14th <br />and commented on all the displays that reminded and educated everyone about how they can be <br />more sustainable. He stated that Ellen Anderson, senior advisor to the Governor, spoke at the <br />event and reminded everyone that the grassroots efforts are where things are getting done. <br />Councilmember Gray -no report. <br />Councilmember Jenson reported on his attendance at the Sustainability Festival on November <br />14th and stated he was impressed with the number of displays and the data presented by the <br />students. He reported on his attendance at the November 20th League meeting. He announced <br />that the St. Anthony Orchestra's holiday concert will be held on December 13 th at the <br />Community Center and the concert is free of charge.
