Consider Resolution 13-081; a Resolution Approving the 2014 Salary of Mark Casey, St. <br />Anthony City Manager; <br />H. Consider Resolution 13-082; a Resolution Approving the Submission of the Ramsey <br />County Score Grant; and <br />I. Consider Resolution 13-083 ; a Resolution Authorizing Transfers and Closing of <br />Specified Funds. <br />Mayor Faust thanked outgoing Parks Commission C hair Doug Koehntop and Vice Chair Mike <br />Sholl. He also thanked outgoing Planning Commission members Paul Cincoski and Pete <br />Chaput. <br />Motion by Councilmember Roth , seconded by Councilmember Stille , to approve the Consent <br />Agenda items. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />PUBLIC HEARING -NONE. <br />REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF -NONE. <br />GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. <br />A. Community Services Update. Wendy Webster, SANB Community Services Director. <br />presenting. <br />Mayor Faust Mayor introduced Wendy Webster, Community Services Director. <br />Ms . Webster discussed the community education philosophy of education as a life-long process <br />and stated that 75% of their budget comes from program fees , with approximately $800,000 in <br />program fees brought in during the 2012-2013 budget year. She stated they are required to have <br />an Advisory Council and thanked Councilmember Jenson for serving as the City Council <br />representative on the Advisory Council. She discussed the Early Childhood Family Education <br />programs and stated they served 204 parents and 238 children last year. She stated the School <br />Age Care program provides an engaging and welcoming environment for grades K-6, the Middle
