COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />are not on the regular agenda. Hearing none, Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />Mayor Faust stated that this is the last City Council meeting for 2013 since the City Council has <br />completed all its business for the year. <br />X.
